Privacy Policy

Last updated: 16 July 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information runner.exchange (the "Service") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. The Service is a non-custodial interface to public smart contracts, so we collect very little — but some data is inherent to using a blockchain.

1. Scope

This policy covers the runner.exchange website and interface. It does not cover third-party services you use alongside it — your wallet, the underlying blockchain, block explorers, or the Uniswap protocol — which have their own privacy practices.

2. What we collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide your name, email, or identity to use the Service. We collect:

  • Wallet address. When you connect a wallet, we process your public wallet address to show your balances, personalize the interface, and operate the affiliate program.
  • On-chain activity. Transactions you make are recorded on the public blockchain (see §4). We read this public data to display markets, prices, holders, and trades.
  • Content you submit. Token metadata you create (name, ticker, image, links, description) is submitted on-chain and is public and permanent.
  • Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting and infrastructure providers may automatically process technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request logs to deliver and secure the Service.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and we do not sell your data.

3. Cookies & local storage

We use a minimal set of functional cookies and browser storage. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

  • Referral cookie (rx_ref). If you arrive through an affiliate or brand-ambassador link, we store the referring code for up to 30 days so that, if you later connect a wallet, the referral can be attributed. It contains only the referrer's public address and no personal information. You can clear it at any time in your browser.
  • Functional storage.Your wallet connection and interface preferences may be kept in your browser's local storage so the Service works smoothly.

4. Blockchain data is public & permanent

Blockchains are public and immutable. Any transaction you make — creating a token, buying, selling, or graduating — is permanently recorded on Robinhood Chain and visible to anyone, associated with your wallet address. We cannot edit, delete, or anonymize on-chain data. Please consider this before transacting.

5. How we use data

  • to operate, maintain, and display the Service;
  • to attribute affiliate referrals and calculate rewards;
  • to monitor for, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
  • to understand usage in aggregate and improve the Service; and
  • to comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

6. How we share data

We do not sell personal data. We share limited data only with:

  • Infrastructure providers — hosting, content delivery, and RPC/blockchain-node providers that operate the Service on our behalf;
  • The public blockchain — anything you transact is broadcast publicly by design; and
  • Authorities — where required by law, legal process, or to protect rights and safety.

7. Retention

We retain referral attribution records for as long as needed to operate the affiliate program and meet legal obligations. Technical logs are kept for a limited period by our providers. On-chain data is retained permanently by the blockchain and is outside our control.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information we handle, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure. You are responsible for the security of your own wallet and keys; we never have access to them and can never recover them.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data we hold, or to object to certain processing. To exercise them, contact us using the details below. Note that we cannot alter or delete data that lives on the public blockchain, and we may be unable to identify you from a wallet address alone.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has used the Service, please contact us.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “last updated” date above will change. Your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated policy.

12. Contact
